The owner opened up on a Monday for me. Wow. Customer service!!!Ronisha did my hair on short notice. She did such an amazing job. Thank you. Im a lifetime patron from this point on. I got a sew-in with a closure. 10 out of 10!!!
I loved the experience. Teria was my makeup artist She is a whole vibe and an expert at makeup. I got my makeup done at 10am. Went to a wedding ceremony at 12. And the party started at 5. I danced all night and my makeup was intact.
Mykale, the owner, has been my hair stylist for over 15 years now. She is the best at what she does. You will truly feel your absolute best and look beautiful after you’ve left her chair. She is extremely professional and an overall amazing person. Definitely one of a kind. I highly recommend this salon.
I dropped my daughter off and we were running late due some construction on 394. My daughter texted the young lady while I was driving, whom I do not know personally, to let her know we were running late. She texted her back and she did say that she couldn't take her because she was beyond the 15 minute grace period. My daughter offered her more money for her inconvenience. The young lady declined. When she said that we were right there in the parking lot. I got out to explain we were stuck in traffic that was barely moving., which we did not expect to run into, and to see if there was any possibility that she could take her. There was only one young lady in the shop. I thought she was the one who was doing my daughter's hair. I explained everything to her. She said tell her come on. So my daughter came and the young lady began braiding my daughter's hair. This turned out to be the assistant of the young lady who my daughter made the appointment for. About an hour later the young lady comes in and per my daughter rolling her eyes and neck and looking at my daughter a very nasty way. She totally over reacted and was very unprofessional all she had to say is that I am still not taking. All the dramatics was not necessary. It was a misunderstanding and could have been handled much differently, My daughter ended up going to the Salon in the same Plaza next to Ashley Stewart. They were much nicer and her hair looked great. I just wanted to set the record straight because people like to twist and turn thing make themselves not look bad. We have owned being late now please own your nasty attitude. But we forgive you. Blessings!
The hair stylist Alyse was very rude. I was a little late due to my grace periodt because of traffic and she wasn’t understanding of that . Cancelled on me at the last minute. I got to the appointment and she wasn’t even there so she lied to me while I was on the road. She came in rolling her eyes at me and insulted me . She made me completely uncomfortable and instead of talking to me like a grown women she was being ignorant. I will not be back to this shop I’m very disappointed. And if she wasn’t going to take me in why did the assistant offer to braid my hair my mother had a talk with alyse assistant and she said she understood the trafffic yes I was late but the rudeness is not necessary you have a great holiday with you’re down scale shop goodbye !
